SUPERFOODS FOR WOMEN - WHAT YOU NEED

Here is  a list of ten Superfoods whose benefits include bone building, fat busting, energy boosting and disease fighting.   

  1. YOGURT AND KEFIR –  Ancient “health food” which decreases breast cancer and stimulates the immune system.

  2. WILD SALMON, SARDINES  AND OTHER FATTY FISH  – These are all about Omega 3's which boost moods. 

  3. BERRIES, BLUEBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIES AND CRANBERRIES –Nutritional treasures are jewels, one of nature’s anti-aging foods.
